The Major Heat has arrived, and the summer is in full swing. For many tourists, Guizhou, with its temperature at 23 degrees Celsius, has become the best choice for a summer vacation. On July 22nd, it was learned from the National 5A-level tourist attraction, Zhijin Cave World Geopark, that the park will hold an immersive experience activity titled "Blessed Land on Earth, Fantastical Shan Hai Jing" from July 28th to August 4th.
In recent years, the concepts of "national trend" and "national style" have remained popular. Either wearing Hanfu and returning to the ancient prosperous era a hundred years ago when scholars and literati gathered, or traveling to the strange world set in the script to complete tasks and experiencing it in an immersive way through role-playing, has become the most popular way for young people to have fun. This has also driven places like the Tang Dynasty City in Xi 'an, Yuntai Mountain in Henan, and Qingyan Ancient Town in Guizhou to become popular tourist destinations.
The "Blessed Land on Earth, Fantastical Shan Hai Jing" theme event launched by Zhijindong Cave Global Geopark this time perfectly combines the typical karst landform and rich cave resources with the NPC players invited from all over. The event integrates elements such as mystery, fantasy and wildness, and its tone coincides with the currently popular "Xuanhuan Guofeng" style.
This event takes "The Auspicious Land on Earth, the Fantastical Shan Hai Jing" as its theme and presents the "Dragon Quest Legend" theme script. The script centers around the "Qilong Cave" (i.e., the underground Heavenly Palace park), where the dragon race lived after the ancient Great war. It is guarded by six divine beasts played by NPC actors. Players need to pass through the "Qilong Cave" and complete the six divine beasts' challenge tasks. With the main storyline of collecting 6 divine beast cards to summon the divine dragon (and obtain treasures), an immersive experience project integrating "in-depth interaction with NPCS + scene atmosphere + music creation" is created.
According to the person in charge of the park, NPCS will be set up at six popular check-in spots in the underground Tiangong Park of Zhijindong Cave Global Geopark, namely "Jianmen Pass", "Upside-down Pipa", "Three Stars Gathering", "Pillar of the Middle Stream", "Overlord's Helmet" and "Lingzhi Mountain". Through dynamic visual landscapes, the interweaving and contrast of illustrations and real scenes, and other content, it matches the karst caves, canyons, rivers and scenes from the Shan Hai Jing in the Zhijindong Cave Global Geopark, presenting another side of the Zhijindong Cave Global Geopark in a brand-new form, arousing the curiosity of citizens and tourists and enhancing their participation.
Meanwhile, the event will also introduce the national intangible cultural heritage, the Sichuan Zigong Lantern Exhibition, which is known as the "No. 1 Lantern in the World". It will present the theme figures and legendary stories of the Shan Hai Jing such as Fu Zhu, the Nine-tailed Fox, Kunpeng, Chenghuang, Baize, and the strange beasts. When the "No. 1 Lantern in the World" meets the "No. 1 Cave in the World", the wonders of nature and the exquisite craftsmanship of skilled artisans will be perfectly integrated. The mutual enhancement of nature and humanity is sure to add a brilliant touch to this live-action experience event of Shan Hai Jing!
During the event period (July 29th to August 4th), six highly attractive fashion bloggers will act as NPCS and perform six interactive shows in the underground Tiangong Park from 10:00 to 12:00, 13:00 to 15:00, and 15:20 to 17:00 every day. At that time, visitors can not only watch the professional performances of the NPCS but also take photos with them. Enhance the playability and eye-catching appeal of the scenic area.
It is understood that the "Shan Hai Jing" themed series of activities have received over 10 billion views on new media platforms. This time, the Zhijindong Cave Global Geopark has introduced the "Ancient Shan Hai Jing" event, aiming to create a cultural IP unique to the Zhijindong Cave Global Geopark through the content form and dissemination method of "National style fantasy" that is popular among young people, and deeply explore new highlights and new ways of playing in the scenic area.
