Recently, the night tour project of Zhijindong Cave was officially launched, attracting nearly a thousand tourists to visit the cave again after the daytime tour. This marks the official start of the night tour mode of Zhijindong Cave Global Geopark and fully illuminates the new "night" state of the geopark.

The night tour of Zhijindong Cave has added many new experience contents compared with the daytime tour. On the one hand, new tour routes have been opened up, incorporating multiple spots that were not previously on the regular tour route, such as the "Lecture Hall", into the night tour experience content. Light shows at the "Pipa Palace" and "Wangshan Lake" have also been opened, aiming to provide tourists with a unique night tour experience.

On the other hand, the night tour project emphasizes the integration of nature and culture. It has introduced the Sichuan Zigong lantern industry, which is known as the "No. 1 Lantern in the World". By using the theme of the traditional Chinese culture "Shan Hai Jing" and the local ethnic and folk cultures, over 40 exquisite large-scale cultural lanterns have been designed and created in the square in front of the cave and the nearly 300-meter passage space in front of the cave.

According to the person in charge of the geopark, the night tour of Zhijindong Cave is a project that the geopark has actively explored various operation models such as "time-slot Tours" and "off-peak Tours" based on its own characteristics and in line with the actual situation. It aims to develop new products and new business forms that meet market demands and the long-term development of the geopark.
