To carry out the publicity work for the protection of World Natural Heritage and natural and cultural dual heritage, on September 3rd, Zhijindong Cave Gloabl Geopark, in collaboration with the Forestry Bureau of Zhijin County, held a publicity event titled "Guarding the Cultural and Natural Treasures of the Chinese Nation, and Letting Cultural and Natural Heritage Shine with New Vitality and Brilliance in the New Era" at Zhijindong Cave Square.

The event comprehensively showcased the geological features, natural scenery, complete ecosystem and biodiversity of Zhijindong Cave Gloabl Geopark through Posting promotional slogans, distributing promotional materials and cultural and creative products. A total of over 2,000 promotional materials were distributed and more than 200 small gifts were given to the passing public.

    At the event site, policies and regulations on biodiversity conservation were also explained, guiding the public to voluntarily protect wild animals and plants, calling on people to jointly participate in, pay attention to and protect world natural heritage, further enhancing the awareness of the general public to protect wild animals and plants, and creating a favorable atmosphere of full participation in protection.
