 Guizhou Caiqun Batik and Embroidery Development Co., Ltd. is located in Dazhai Village, Guanzhai Township, Zhijin County, Guizhou Province, 2 kilometers away from the Zhijindong Cave Global Geopark. It mainly produces and processes local ethnic characteristic batik and embroidery handicrafts.

Guizhou's batik has an extremely profound historical and cultural background and a wide variety of types. Among them, the Miao batik "Dragon Head Fish" pattern in Zhijin County, Guizhou Province, features fine composition and clear lines, presenting the most primitive batik charm and elegant beauty. It has been rated by experts as "the most delicate batik in the world". The company compresses and packages traditional ethnic and folk arts and crafts, and turns them into unique ethnic characteristic tourist souvenirs. To develop the local tourism economy, expand and strengthen the cultural industry, inherit and sort out folk arts and crafts, and promote the excellent national culture, I will contribute my humble efforts. 

All the batik and embroidery products produced by the company are made entirely by hand. Each process is meticulously crafted using traditional methods, fully ensuring the uniqueness of each product. Since the establishment of the enterprise, with the care and guidance of governments at all levels and the efforts of the enterprise itself over the years, the products have now gained considerable market competitiveness. It has become one of the tourism commodities with very distinctive ethnic cultural characteristics in Bijie City, Guizhou Province.

Cai Qun, a native of Dazhai Village, Guanzhai Township, Zhijin County, Guizhou Province, is of the Miao ethnic group and a member of the Communist Party of China. She serves as the general manager of Guizhou Cai Qun Batik and Embroidery Development Co., Ltd. and is a representative inheritor of the national intangible cultural heritage of Miao batik techniques.

Her works have won various honors in tourism commodity competitions many times, such as the first prize and the special prize in the "Colorful Guizhou Tourism Commodity Two Competitions and One Conference". Silver Award of "China Arts and Crafts Cultural Creativity Award" and Silver Award of "China Arts and Crafts Hundred Flowers Award" at the Shenzhen Cultural Expo; Honors such as the Bronze Award in the "China Tourism Commodity Competition".

Cai Qun has been honored with titles such as "National Model Individual for Ethnic Unity and Progress" by The State Council, "National March 8th Red Flag Bearer" by the All-China Women's Federation, and "National Outstanding Migrant Worker" by the Migrant Workers' Work Group of The State Council. She has been honored with titles such as "Outstanding Cultural Talent of Guizhou Province" by the Publicity Department of the Guizhou Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China, "March 8th Red Flag Bearer of the Whole Province" by the Women's Federation of Guizhou Province, "Guizhou Craftsman" by the Provincial Trade Union, and "Top 100 Small Business Owners of Guizhou Province" by the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security. In 2017, Cai Qun was selected as one of the "Outstanding Figures in Poverty Alleviation of Guizhou Province". In 2019, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, The State Council and the Central Military Commission awarded him the "Commemorative Medal for the 70th Anniversary of the Founding of the People's Republic of China". In 2022, the Department of Culture and Tourism of Guizhou Province, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Guizhou Province and the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Guizhou Province honored him with the title of "Master of Arts and Crafts of Guizhou Province". In March 2025, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism announced Cai Qun as a representative inheritor of the national intangible cultural heritage of batik techniques.

Cai Qun is a representative of the 12th National People's Congress, a member of the first Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference of Bijie City, and a member of the Ninth Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference of Zhijin County.
