Main Responsibilities: It mainly undertakes the automatic monitoring and protection of water quality at Huawuji Section of Liuchonghe River in the geopark, covering 11 monitoring indicators including water temperature, dissolved oxygen, pH, turbidity, electrical conductivity, chlorophyll-a, algal density, total phosphorus, and total nitrogen.

   The protection area of  the automatic water environment monitoring station at Huawuji Section of Liuchonghe River spans 500 meters upstream and 200 meters downstream from the water sampling point.
