Debris flow

Debris flow is special flood current containing large amount of silts and rocks which is excited by rainstorm, ice and snow melt water and other water source in valleys of mountainous area. Its features are: sudden eruption, huge amount of turbid fluid galloping and roaring down along steep gully, the ground being shaken and the valley seems to have thunder. It rushes a lot of silts and rocks outside of gully in a very short time, the silts and rocks dash around rapidly, and sheetflood and accumulation take place, which causes significant damages to human life and property.
