Law of Crosscutting Relations
It is also called law of cutting relation. It is a principle of stratigraphy which is used to determine the relative ages among rocks. It is a rock mass (especially igneous rock) and in any rock stratums and rock masses it crosses, its age is younger than that of crossed rocks.
