On April 22, 2021, the 52nd World Earth Day, in order to promote the construction of social nature education and showcase the achievements of the protection and development of Global geoparks to the general public, 24 Global geoparks from China, Japan, Thailand, Vietnam and other countries participated and jointly held the second Asia-Pacific Geoparks Week and the "Friendly Sister Parks Exhibition and Interaction" series of science popularization activities. During the 7-day second Asia Pacific Geoparks Week, picture and video exhibitions as well as a series of popular science activities will be held, and they will be promoted through various channels to facilitate the transformation of the popular science influence of various Global geoparks and the exchange of resource information.
