From September 6th to 11th, under the leadership of the Forestry and Grassland Bureau of Guizhou Province, the delegation of Zhijindong Cave Global Geopark and the delegation of Suiyang Shuanghe Cave National Geopark jointly went to Chile to attend the 11th UNESCO Global Geopark Conference held in Kutralkura Globbal Geopark. At the conference, the two parks had communication and exchanges. To further deepen the exchanges and learning among geoparks, a delegation of six people from Suiyang Shuanghe Cave National Geopark visited Zhijindong Cave Global Geopark on September 22, 2025, to learn about the experience of creating Gloabl Geopark.

The inspection team visited the management institution of Zhijindong Cave Global Geopark, the geological museum and Zhijindong Cave on the spot. Zhijindong Cave Global Geopark carefully introduced the basic situation and creation experience of the park to the inspection team. Both sides held a discussion and exchange on aspects such as the application for Global Geopark, the construction of the park's signage system, the management of geoparks, and the protection of geological relics.

Shuanghe Cave National Geopark is located in Suiyang County, Zunyi City, Guizhou Province. It is the "longest cave in Asia", as well as the "world's largest dolomite cave" and the "world's largest celestite cave". Suiyang Shuanghe Cave National Geopark integrates caves, forests, mountains and water. It has the best conditions in the world for a science popularization base, scientific research base, scientific research base, film and television base, tourist destination, leisure destination, hiking destination and mental health destination. On June 26, 2025, it was successfully included in the World Heritage Tentative List.
