In order to create a good, orderly, warm and comfortable vacation environment for everyone and protect the legitimate rights and interests of the majority of tourists, we hereby offer the following friendly reminders to all tourists regarding several issues discovered during the reception process in recent times.

1.Since the summer vacation, in order to express gratitude for the care and support from all sectors of society, Zhijindong Cave has implemented a free admission policy for various types of tourists, including military personnel, teachers, medical staff, the elderly, and students. In order to carry out the reception service work in a standardized and orderly manner, we specially request the tourists who enjoy preferential policies to bring relevant certificates or proof documents, so as to cooperate with the staff of the scenic area to smoothly carry out the ticket selling and verification work, and ensure that you can enter the park for sightseeing more conveniently and quickly.

2.To facilitate the purchase and collection of tickets for visitors to enter the park, in addition to online ticket purchasing, our scenic area has set up two offline ticket offices at the Tourist Service Center and the scenic area ticket checking hall. We kindly ask all visitors to purchase tickets or collect them at the designated ticket Windows under the guidance of the scenic area staff. Apart from the two designated offline ticket sales and collection points mentioned above, our scenic area has not yet opened any offline ticket sales or collection channels in any other form at any other locations. We kindly remind all tourists not to easily believe the solicitation of idle people in society and purchase tickets through irregular channels and forms to avoid causing damage to your legitimate rights and interests.
