The 2019 Spring Festival Golden Week is approaching. The Zhijindong Cave Administration Bureau and the Zhijindong Cave Tourism Company have arranged and deployed various plans and made preparations for the reception. To ensure the tourism order and safety during the Spring Festival holiday, maintain the normal management and operation of the park, and fully guarantee the comfortable, safe and orderly visit of tourists, the relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

The 2019 Spring Festival holiday is defined as being from February 4th to February 10th, 2019 (a total of 7 days).

2. According to the Tourism Law and the overall plan of Zhijindong Cave National Scenic Area, the capacity of each scenic area in Zhijindong Cave Global Geopark during the Spring Festival holiday is announced as follows:

① Zhijindong Cave : The daily maximum reception capacity is 18,000 people, and the hourly limit for visitors who purchase tickets to enter the cave is 2,000 people.

The maximum carrying capacity of Zhijin Grand Canyon  is 18,000 people per day, and it is planned to accommodate 10,000 people per day.

The maximum carrying capacity of the Wujiang Source Hundred-Mile Gallery Scenic Area is 30,000 people per day, and it is planned to accommodate 20,000 people per day.

The maximum carrying capacity of Hongyan Canyon  is 18,000 people per day, and it is planned to accommodate 10,000 people per day.

⑤. The maximum capacity of Tuoluo Miao Village is 18,000 person-days, the instantaneous capacity is 3,000 person-days, the proposed capacity is 15,000 person-days.

The maximum capacity of Ronggu Miao Village is 18,000 people per day, with an instantaneous capacity of 2,000 people per day. It is planned to accommodate a capacity of 10,000 people per day.

3. When each spot reaches 80% of its intended capacity, a warning will be issued and the number and pace of ticket sales will be controlled. When the sold tickets reach the maximum carrying capacity of the scenic area, ticket sales and tourist reception will be suspended. At this time, it is recommended that tourists who have not purchased tickets visit places such as Zhijin Ancient Town and Zhijin Waterfall for sightseeing.

During the period of flow control, to ensure that tourists have sufficient time for sightseeing, the ticket sales time for Zhijin Cave Scenic Area is as follows:

February 4th (New Year's Eve) : 09:00-14:00

February 5th (the first day of the lunar New Year) : 10:00-17:00

February 6th (the second day of the first lunar month) : 08:00-17:30

February 7th (the third day of the first lunar month) : 08:00-17:30

February 8th (the fourth day of the first lunar month) : 08:00-17:30

February 9th (the fifth day of the first lunar month) : 08:00-17:30

February 10th (the sixth day of the first lunar month) : 08:00-17:30

In special circumstances where tickets need to be sold in advance or later, information will be released in a timely manner.

During the Spring Festival holiday, the Zhijin Cave Administration Bureau and the Zhijin Cave Tourism Company will release real-time information on the number of visitors to the scenic area, as well as weather, traffic and precautions, on the official website, Weibo and wechat of the Zhijin Cave Scenic Area.
